The OTC Lebanon Center is designed to serve both as a training facility for students, professionals in existing industries and as a support system for area business in order to help provide economic benefits and employment opportunities to the residents of Laclede and surrounding counties. Students can work towards fulfilling requirements for a four-year degree or pursue one of the following degree programs:

  • Associate of Arts Degree (A.A.) – Transfer degree
  • Associate of Arts in Teaching (A.A.T.)
  • Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.)
    • Business and Marketing
    • Early Childhood Development
    • Electrical Distribution Systems
    • Industrial Maintenance Technology
    • Manufacturing Technology
  • Machine Tool Technology Certification
  • Nursing—Practical Nursing Certificate

Classes began in the OTC Lebanon Center’s current facilities, located just off Interstate 44 on Highway MM, in the fall of 2011. The first of the two buildings to open, Casey Hall, is named after Reuben and Mary Lou Casey, who donated the two buildings and more than 13 acres of land to the College. Casey Hall is home to classrooms, computer and technical labs, a student lounge and a student services department.
